Roll forming Capabilities:
Kwality Products has a 6 stage roll forming machine specially used to make circular rings / roll formed components with diameter ranging 80mm to 800mm. A separate cut-off machine is available to achieve certain degree of component. Since Kwality products is a well known facility in the field of sheet metal components manufacturing and manufacturing of press tools pre-finished processes can be carried our before roll forming of sheet metal coil. Our specialty exists in making rings with angles, e.g. rings used in shrouds of turbine engine. The sheet metal thickness which can be used on our machine is up to 1mm with a maximum width of 50mm. If there is a special requirement made by a customer we can invest in a new roll forming machine to accommodate customer requirement.
