Serving the diverse requirements of stator assemblies in the aerospace vertical, our range of stator bands and stator rings like flywheel starter rings and flywheel starter bandsis specially developed using 6 stage Roll forming machine. These bands and rings are subject to customization hold the following specifications: - Diameters: 80 mm to 800 mm
- Taper angle: Upto 15 degrees
- Width: Upto 50 mm
Apart from the stator rings Kwality products can manufacture various sizes of rings from 60mm diameter to 2000mm diameter. The process used to manufacture these rings is a precision roll forming machine. The machine is a 6-stage roll forming machine with various attachments to achieve rings with tapered angle on the ring face up to 25 degree.
