At present, we offer our clients with more than 30 types of vanes for serving their needs and are continuously evolving our portfolio to come up with few more.We are specilized in manufacturing of the vanes used in Rolls Royce 250B and 250C engine, also the company has developed range of vanes for Lycoming engine. These vanes can be manufactured for our clients as per their specific requirements.

Our range of stator vanes is designed as per the industry recommended standards. Fabricated using high grade material like SS321 (AMS-5510) / SS410 (AMS- 5613) / AMS-5604, our range of vanes are in line with the latest technology.
The process that we follow for manufacturing our vanes are given below:
- Rolled Raw Material Procurement (supplied by customer from USA)
- Blanking operation (Tooling developed in house)
- De-burring operation - In-house
- Forming operation- Helix angle generation (Tooling developed in-house)
- Polishing operation - In-house
- Inspection on profile projector, comparator stand and in house developed contour measuring machine - In-house
- Packing
- Dispatch for delivery
